Sparkling Strawberry Citrus Iced Tea 
With a Fizzy Twist
With a Fizzy TwistIngredients:
* 2 green tea bags
* 2 cups hot water
* 1 cup strawberries, chopped
* Juice of 1 orange
* Juice of ½ lemon
* 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
* 1½ cups sparkling water
* Ice cubes
* Fresh basil or mint leaves
Instructions:
1. Brew the green tea in hot water for 5 minutes, then cool.
2. Mash strawberries in a bowl and mix with orange juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
3. Strain the mixture and combine with the cooled tea.
4. Just before serving, add sparkling water and stir gently.
5. Serve over ice with herbs for garnish.
