No-Bake Mars Bar Slice
A chewy, gooey, chocolatey treat with just the right crunch — no oven needed!
Ingredients :
Base:
4 x 47g Mars bars, chopped
100g butter
4 cups rice bubbles (Rice Krispies)
Topping:
250g milk chocolate, chopped
1 x 47g Mars bar, finely sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions :

Prepare the tin:
Line a 27 x 19 cm slice tin with baking paper.
Melt Mars bars & butter:
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the chopped Mars bars and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
Combine with rice bubbles:
Remove from heat and whisk until well combined. Add the rice bubbles and stir until everything is coated.
Press into tin:
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. Spread evenly and press down with the back of a spoon.
Make the topping:
Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 80 seconds, then let sit for a couple of minutes before stirring until smooth.
Top and chill:
Pour melted chocolate over the slice and spread to cover. If using, scatter sliced Mars bar on top. Refrigerate until set.
Serve and store:
Slice into squares once set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
