Golden Milk Sleepytime Latte
Ingredients:
– 1 cup cold almond milk (or any milk of choice)
– ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
– ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
– Pinch of black pepper
– Ice cubes

In a blender, combine the cold almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and frothy .
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the blended mixture over the ice . Stir gently to combine.
For an extra touch, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few dashes of turmeric on top .
